My other half owns a gorgeous, thick black wool Naval cloak that he got from one. He's had it over a decade and, aside from needing the lining replaced, it's in perfect condition. Google Queen In Naval Cloak and you should see a picture of the young Her Maj in the same cloak my other half has. It comes down to his knees and he's quite tall, so it's a lovely length and very comfy.

Shrine of Hollywood has an amazing red tapestry cloak, but sadly it appears to be sold out at the moment. They also have a hooded cape that’s quite nice and you can choose red or black lining.
Dark Angel has a number of cloaks as well. They seem to be designed with women in mind, but everyone loves a good cloak, right?
Finally, Kambriel has several capes that look lovely and unisex.
